"Michael J Napolitano earned his Bachelor's Degree in Education at
California University in 1968. Mike is the co-founder and retired publisher of the Pennysaver Publications of Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and South Carolina Inc. Past President of the Cal U Alumni Association, he and his wife, Nancy, are longtime supporters of California University" Mike presently serves on the California University Foundation Board of Directors.

Before I made any decisions, I said to my wife, "Nancy, what do you think about me resigning from teaching and starting a business?" She said, "I'll stand behind you one thousand percent."
PERSONAL BACKGROUND
Michael attended California University of Pennsylvania where he earned a B.S. Degree in Education. He then attended Graduate School at the University of Pittsburgh.
Michael then went on to build a Nationwide Direct Marketing Company in 13 States by the age of 23. Then in 1975 he became a a Co-Founder and publisher of a Direct-Mail Publication called the Pennysaver.
Michael has helped create a sophisticated sales and management program that developed the Pennysaver into a multi-million dollar organization. He currently serves as the President of Michael Napolitano Consulting which is geared toward sharing the principles that enriched him and others to develop good positive success patterns. These principles have helped many individuals to develop good concepts throuhout their collegiate and business careers.

Michael & Nancy Napolitano
In 1975 brothers Michael and Marty had an idea to start a shopper publication in their home town area. The young entrepreneurs created something that eventually into a household name not only in their hometown, but the entire region and across the nation. The Pennysaver Publication of PA was born.
They were met with challenges throughout the years but stuck to their Belief system, goals and dreams to soon grow the company into a workplace of over 400 hard working men and women with over 100 sales people. Those sales people were taught with the same techniques and belief system that the brothers relied upon when they built their one of a kind publication. They are the same coaching and teaching techniques Michael Napolitano uses today in Seminars, One on One Coaching Sessions, Speaking Engagements and many more services he offers through his website MJNapolitano.com. Michael is passing along his strengths & techniques on how success is achieved.
Michael now works with businesses of all sizes and budgets to implement techniques and concepts that achieve business and personal goals.
